Proposed issue of a prospectus for Albion VCTs Top Up Offers

Albion Capital are pleased to announce the proposed issue of a prospectus for Albion VCTs Top Up Offers. The companies intend to launch prospectus top up offers for new ordinary shares for subscription in the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 tax years. 

The current intention is for the companies to raise up to £50m across all six VCTs and an over-allotment facility of up to £30m, which will be subject to the decision of the board of the companies at the relevant time.
