Albion has made its second investment into the renewable energy sector as it continues to seek long term opportunities in this area. The first solar investment under that strategy is an investment into a scheme providing solar installations on domestic residence roofs. We are delighted to report that Ms Rosie Gill has been appointed Head of our Preparatory section at Radnor House. Albion can today announce a £4.35 million in Oakland Care Centre Ltd (“Oakland”) to set up a specialist dementia care facility in Chingford, Greater London. Dexela collected the Judges’ Special Award at the British Engineering Excellence Awards (BEEA) and received a special commendation in the Small Company of the Year category. Albion can today announce that it has invested £2.65m in Masters Pharmaceuticals Ltd (Masters) as sole investor. Masters is a specialist international supplier and distributor of pharmaceutical products and the investment will be used for continued expansion in its core markets of Latin America, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
